What are your business hours?
Our general business hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and our showroom is open from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Will calls can be made at the south end of our building during general business hours.
Are you open for business on Saturday?
We are open Monday through Friday only.
How do I find your locations?
In Seattle, WA we are located on the northwest corner of North 41st Street and Aurora Avenue North (Highway 99) between Woodland Park Zoo and the Aurora Bridge. Following are driving directions:
From I-5 either north or southbound, take the NE 50th Street exit and travel west on NE 50th. You will follow NE 50th for approximately one mile to the five-way stop light at N 50th, Greenlake Way and Stone Way N. Take the "lazy" left past Kidd Valley and head southwest up the hill to the next stop light. From the left lane, follow the arterial west under Hwy 99, then turn left on the on-ramp to Hwy 99/Aurora Avenue North. Travel five blocks south on Aurora and our building will be on the right (west side), just north of the concrete pedestrian overpass. Free parking is available on Aurora Avenue in front of our building after 9:00 AM each day.
Our Spokane, WA and Clackamas, OR facilities are stocking locations only - they are not staffed and there are no showroom hours.
Do you sell to the public?
While the majority of our business is done with industrial accounts, OEMs and re-sellers, we do conduct retail business over the phone and through our showroom.
Do you do repairs?
Generally speaking, the answer is no. Exceptions to this would include products originally purchased from us which are in need of repair. In this case, a minimum hourly charge of $25.00 per hour will apply.
Do you make deliveries?
No. We utilize UPS and other preferred common carriers for shipments in the local and regional areas.
Do you rent equipment?
No. We do, however, sell equipment to several rental companies and would be glad to refer you to one of these customers for your equipment rental needs.
