Northwest Caster & Equipment stocks the wheels, bushings and track that make up the Dua-L-Vee guide wheel system for linear motion.
Dua-L-Vee wheels feature both an external and internal 90 degree Vee-angle. Wheel are made with a double row angular contact bearing for excellent load capability and are available in 52100 steel or 440C stainless steel. Wheel seals and bearing shields are available to meet specific application needs.
Special Dua-L-Vee guide wheels are available for clean room, vacuum, and elevated temperature applications. Customer specific lubricants can also be used upon request.
Dua-L-Vee wheels travel on single edge track, which is available in 1045 carbon steel and 420 stainless steel. Track is available with or without hardened Vee surfaces and may be purchased with or without drilled holes for mounting.
